I have been preparing for a few projects lately, and I am happy to report that things are gearing up nicely. I will have a solo CD out sometime this year that will cover material from the 80s to 2004. My thought is that this CD will be available by November, if not sooner, and will be titled "Aardvark". I also have begun work on a new batch of songs, which I hope will be ready for early next year. The DUH CD is now available at Shake It Records in Cincinnati, along with my first record with DETOUR. For those who want copies of either one, they can be found in the Local Heroes section.
GO TO HELL is currently playing gigs in and around the Cincinnati area. If you are in the area and see a flyer, I invite you to go and check them out. I will be posting dates for them as I get them.
Uncle Dave Lewis and the Lookout Boys will be playing in Cincinnati on June 23rd, at the Gypsy Hut in Northside. The bar is at the corner of Spring Grove and Dane, and the show will start at 8 PM. Uncle Daves band will be opening for Lovely Crash. Later this year, the band will also be playing in Brooklyn, NY. More details as they become available. He is also still doing radio on Wednesday evenings, where he provides music and information on classical artists, as well as those ranging from the obscure to the sublime. You can check out the webcast of his show at www.wcbn.org. Shows are on Wednesdays from 6 to 9 PM. He is also heavily involved in the release of both The Wolverton Brothers' new CD and the upcoming release of a new Hospital Records compilation. More details will be available soon.
I would like to welcome The Wolverton Brothers to the JadedScorpion family of artists. Their style of music is unique and engaging, and I'm certain that you listeners out there will be very pleased. This band is from Cincinnati, and they have been together for well over 15 years. I will post dates as they become available.
More dates will be posted as they become available.
